High-Temperature Annealed Biochar as a Conductive Filler for the Production of Piezoresistive Materials for Energy Conversion Application

In this research work, we develop a prototype that is able to convert mechanical strain into an electrical signal. To reach scope, evaluated the properties of thermally annealed biochar-based silicon composite. The great elasticity range will provide for realization effective piezoresistive material. For fulfillment aim, olive biochar at 1500 °C in order achieve good degree graphitization and conductivity close 103 S/m. under stress composites was deeply investigated through experiments simulation comprehensive knowledge. Furthermore, real device based on these designed realized demonstrate one prospective exploitations composite properties.
